How to check FBA customer returns?

Step 1

Log in to your seller account and navigate to Reports > Fulfillment.

Step 2

Under Customer Concessions, click on FBA customer returns. Here you can either download a report or view it online.

Step 3

A report can be generated using the available filters like ASIN, customer date range, SKU, specific order ID, or LPN (License Plate Number, specifically for FBA returns).

Step 4

After entering the required data, click on Generate Report, and a report will be generated.

If you choose View Online: The report will be displayed as shown in the screenshot below:

If you choose Download: Add the date range, click on Generate Report, and the report will be available for download in spreadsheet format:

Note: When downloading a report for a specific date range, Amazon may take a few minutes to prepare the requested report
